If you create a Fundraiser, we may also collect the following additional information: your legal person or business name, your legal address, your tax ID, your date of birth, your bank account information. You may also be asked to provide certain information to validate your identity. This information may include: your gender, your driver’s license (or other government issued ID) number, or any other personal information we deem necessary to reasonably validate identity. 

We also collect Information about how you use the Services, including your frequency of use, your account content, your email communications with us, your posts or messages using your account. We collect Information if you sync or link the Services to a third party service, such as a social media site.

When you browse our Website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Any data you provide as part of a contest or survey will also be stored. If you join our mailing list, your data will be stored.

As a Fundraiser Organizer, you can invite others who are helping you with your Fundraiser to join your Fundraiser team, or ask others to contribute to your Fundraiser.  If you provide any names and/or email addresses for these individuals, we will collect these email addresses.  Any individual may contact us at info@afexperience.co to request that we remove this information.

WHO ELSE CAN SEE MY INFORMATION?

Certain Information you post to your account is available to the public. You should not have any expectation of privacy or confidentiality for such Information.  Your name and (if you provide it) location are publicly displayed in your account page. 

Your Information may be searchable via search engines and third party websites, and copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your Information (even if you remove the Information). It is important to remember that individuals accessing the Information may use it or disclose it to others without your knowledge. Please consider this when determining what private or personal information you decide to share on your account.

In some cases, we may not be able to remove your Information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why. The profile you create on our site will be publically visible only if you choose to donate and post your name on the campaign’s donations list.

We may display testimonials of various users on our site (in addition to third party endorsements). With your consent, we may post your testimonial along with your name and picture. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us using the information below.

If you are connected to a social media site, then your friends and other users of the social media site will be able to see certain Information, depending on your privacy settings for that particular site.

Your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all Personal Information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We use regular malware scanning.  We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We may store Information in locations outside our direct control (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Credit card numbers are never stored on our database or servers.

 

Unfortunately, even with these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of Information. By using our Website and Services, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our Website and Services at your own risk.
